Two 20,000 BTU infrared burners deliver fast, even caramelization for steaks, chops, gratins, and melts.
Fine-tune results with independent Hi-Lo valve controls and a 3-position, spring-balanced rack that moves quickly to manage intensity. The 35-1/4" wide broiling area handles multiple portions at once, helping chefs push tickets during peak service without sacrificing consistency.
