Drive high-volume pizza production with the Garland GPD-60-2, a double-deck, gas-fired deck oven built for consistency and speed. Two 60" bake decks and an 8" deck opening streamline operations for New York-style pies, Sicilian trays, and flatbreads. A 1-1/2" thick Pyrorock hearth stores heat to deliver crisp bottoms and even bakes.
Control bake profiles with a throttle thermostat adjustable up to 650°F and 244,000 BTU total input for quick recovery between batches. A pilot safety shut-off valve supports safe daily operation, and the stainless steel front, sides, and legs endure demanding kitchen use.
At 75 inches wide, the double-deck platform lets teams stage orders, separate menu items by deck, and keep service moving during rushes. Ideal for pizzerias, food halls, and institutional kitchens that need reliable throughput from a durable pizza bake oven.
