The Garland Signature countertop gas charbroiler concentrates power and control in a 24-inch-wide format. Heavy-duty, adjustable cast iron grates work with a 21-3/16-inch deep broiling grid to maximize usable cooking area and consistent contact across the surface. Reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3-inch-wide sections allow flexible arrangement of the surface to suit changing production demands.
Manual controls with a variable hi/lo valve per burner provide direct, repeatable adjustments across the surface, and a crumb tray simplifies cleanup after grilling. A stainless steel front, sides, back, and 3-1/2-inch front rail pair with 4-inch adjustable legs for a level, durable setup. Delivering 72,000 BTU and carrying NSF and CSA certifications, this Garland Signature charbroiler supports efficient workflow and confident, consistent performance.
