Drive high-volume grilling with the Garland GTBG36-AB36, a 36-inch gas countertop charbroiler built for heavy-duty workflows. Ceramic briquettes beneath adjustable cast iron grates pair with manual controls and a variable hi/lo valve per burner to fine-tune output across the cooking surface.
Reconfigure the reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3-inch sections to suit burgers, chicken, seafood, or vegetables. A 21-3/16-inch-deep broiling grid offers ample front-to-back space for steaks, skewers, and larger cuts.
Speed cleanup and setup with the removable crumb tray, stainless steel front/sides/back with a 3-1/2-inch front rail, and 4-inch adjustable legs for leveling and access. With 90,000 BTU and CSA and NSF listings, it fits restaurant, catering, and institutional kitchen specifications.
