Product Description
The Garland Signature countertop gas charbroiler delivers 144,000 BTU across a 48" wide platform to keep high-volume service on pace in busy kitchens. Heavy-duty, adjustable cast iron grates pair with a 21-3/16" deep broiling grid for station-friendly performance on the line. Each burner includes a variable hi/lo valve with manual controls, letting operators establish distinct heat zones that match their workflow during peak periods.
A stainless steel front, sides, and back with a 3-1/2" front rail fit smoothly on busy lines and at the pass in fast-paced operations. Reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3" wide sections and a crumb tray support fast setups and efficient cleanup between rushes and shifts. Four adjustable legs make leveling straightforward on varied surfaces, and it is NSF and CSA.
