The Garland GTBG60-NR60 is a 60-inch, countertop gas charbroiler built for heavy-duty line work. With 180,000 BTU and rugged cast iron components, it delivers quick recovery and dependable searing across a broad cooking surface. Manual controls with one variable hi/lo valve per burner let you set distinct heat zones for steaks, burgers, or skewers during peak periods. A 21-3/16-inch deep broiling grid maximizes usable area, helping crews stage proteins and finish to temp without crowding. Reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3-inch sections support different branding angles and fast changeouts.
