The Garland Signature Griddle, model GTGG24-GT24M-SIGNATURE, is a heavy-duty, countertop, gas griddle manufactured by Garland. It offers a 23-5/8" W x 23" D cooking surface paired with a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate, and its heavy-duty countertop design supports gas operation as defined in the specification. Operation is defined by snap action thermostatic controls and piezo pilot igniters, and total input is 56,000 BTU.
Construction includes a 4" deep front grease trough along with stainless steel front, sides, and back, detailing the exterior surfaces and collection feature.
