Built for heavy-duty service, the Garland Signature countertop gas griddle delivers heat across a 35-7/8" W x 23" D cooking surface. A 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate works with snap action thermostatic controls to maintain set temperatures across the surface during service. Piezo pilot igniters and an 84,000 BTU output support ignition and heating throughout the day.
A 4" deep front grease trough manages runoff at the front edge, while the stainless steel front, sides, and back present a clean, durable exterior for the cookline. Adjustable feet help level the unit for stable placement, and the countertop design suits counter installations. Certified NSF with CSA Star and CSA Flame, it aligns with common commercial requirements for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
