The Garland Signature Griddle, model GTGG60-G60M-SIGNATURE, is a heavy-duty countertop gas griddle for professional kitchens. Its 59-1/16" W x 23" D cooking surface is built on a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate, giving teams a broad platform for organized line work, staging, and plating. Manual hi-lo controls and piezo pilot igniters support simple operation during busy service and direct adjustments on the line.
A 4" deep front grease trough simplifies scraping and cleanup between batches and at the end of service. The stainless steel front, sides, and back complement a professional cookline with a clean, uniform exterior. With 135,000 BTU, 4" adjustable feet for leveling, and NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame compliance, this griddle addresses power, placement, and certification requirements for modern operations.
