The Signature Griddle is a countertop, gas, heavy-duty unit from Garland featuring a 59-1/16" W x 23" D cooking surface and a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate. Snap action thermostatic controls help maintain set temperatures for consistent execution station to station, while piezo pilot igniters simplify daily startup and service checks. With a total input of 140,000 BTU, it is built to keep pace on the line without compromising control.
A 4" deep front grease trough manages runoff and helps protect the work edge during rush periods. Stainless steel front, sides, and back present a clean, unified façade, and 4" adjustable feet make precise leveling straightforward on a variety of countertops. Listed NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame, this configuration gives chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers the specifications they need for informed selection and smooth installation planning.
