The Signature Griddle from Garland is a heavy-duty, countertop gas unit for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Its 70-7/8 inch wide by 23 inch deep cooking surface pairs with a 1 inch thick smooth steel griddle plate to deliver a broad, smooth cooking area that helps streamline production and coordinated plating. It is rated at 162,000 BTU.
Manual hi-lo controls offer straightforward operation for heat adjustment, and piezo pilot igniters provide pilot ignition for daily service. A 4 inch deep front grease trough manages runoff during peak periods, and the stainless steel front, sides, and back support a clean presentation on the line. For setup and leveling, the unit includes 4 inch adjustable feet, and it is listed by NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame.
