A 4" deep front grease trough manages runoff, piezo pilot igniters support lighting, and the stainless steel front, sides, and back provide a durable exterior for continuous use. 4" adjustable feet help level the griddle within your line, while 168,000 BTU of gas power supports high-capacity production. NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certifications align the unit with recognized industry standards.
