Product Description
Garland’s 24-inch gas step-up hotplate is a countertop cooking platform with two open burners and two step-up open burners, and it features a stainless steel front, sides, and back construction. Each burner is rated at 30,000 BTU, providing a total thermal output of 120,000 BTU across the unit. Manual controls enable direct heat selection, and pilot lights provide constant ignition pilots for all burners during service.
The stainless steel front, sides, and back create a durable exterior and a clean presentation, while the 3-1/2 inch front rail establishes a defined working edge along the line. Four inch high adjustable legs provide height adjustment and a stable stance for placement on countertops and work tables. This model carries CSA and NSF listings for professional foodservice use.
