The Garland Signature Hotplate model GTOG36-6-SIGNATURE is a 36" wide, countertop, gas hotplate built for heavy-duty use. It features six Starfire Pro open burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, delivering a combined 180,000 BTU across the 36" width. Manual controls and pilot lights support hands-on operation and burner readiness for line cooks and operators.
Stainless steel front, sides, and back provide a uniform exterior for professional settings, with a clean look on the line. A 3-1/2" front rail and 4" high adjustable legs support straightforward countertop placement and organized station setup.
