Streamline workflow at the rail: removable 1/3-size pan cut-outs keep sauces, rubs, or mise en place within arm’s reach. Large-capacity drip and water pans capture runoff to help control flare-ups and make cleanup more efficient. A stainless steel exterior withstands daily use while presenting a clean, professional look.
At 58 inches wide and rated at 159,500 BTU, this unit supports high-volume production without sacrificing control. Use it to batch-grill proteins for banquets, finish par-cooked items on the line, or add signature char to vegetables for catering.
