The Garland Master Series heavy duty range, model M48-23T, is a gas, 34-inch modular unit that combines (2) 24,000 BTU open burners with a 23-inch griddle in a single, integrated platform. The griddle includes thermostatic controls, and the range delivers a total input of 104,000 BTU across its cooking surfaces. A stainless steel front and sides present a uniform, professional appearance in keeping with the Master Series aesthetic.
This Master Series configuration carries NSF, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications. Its modular format provides a defined 34-inch footprint, while the combination of open burners and a griddle centralizes multiple cooking methods at one station.
