The Garland Master Series heavy duty range, model M5S, is a gas, 17-inch Add-A-Unit featuring a front fired hot top with jet burners. This configuration delivers 45,000 BTU to the hot top within a 17-inch footprint and utilizes a front-fired design. A removable cast iron ring and lid are included for the hot top surface, supporting operation with the ring and lid installed or removed as needed.
The unit includes an integrated storage base, a stainless steel front, sides, and door construction, and 6-inch adjustable legs for on-site leveling. It is listed CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. Designed for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, this Garland Master Series hot top range delivers Add-A-Unit capability and stainless steel presentation across the cookline in commercial kitchens.
