The Garland M60XR Master Series Broiler is built for high-volume kitchens that demand speed and consistency. Its ceramic radiant deck pairs with an upper finishing oven to sear, broil, and finish plates in a single station.
Harness 120,000 BTU of gas power to put a precise char on steaks, glaze vegetables, or melt cheese right before service. A standard oven base with Piezo ignition adds baking or finishing versatility without adding another footprint on the line.
Stainless steel front and sides endure daily use and make cleanup quick, while 6" legs provide floor clearance for sanitation. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens, this upright design consolidates broiling and finishing to improve workflow and plating efficiency.
