Its 1-inch thick steel plate delivers a substantial griddle surface, and manual controls give operators direct control during prep and service. Delivering 33,000 BTU of gas-powered performance, this module adds strong heat in a 17-inch format that fits within Garland Master Series lineups.
A stainless steel front, sides, and splashguards present a clean, professional look across the cookline and equipment suite. The modular Add-A-Unit format in the Garland Master Series supports flexible lineup configurations alongside companion equipment or as a stand-alone module. This unit is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listed, and identified as Garland model M7T.
