The Garland MIR-34L gas salamander broiler range-matches with a 34-inch Master Series range via a sturdy backriser, adding high-output finishing right on the line. Mount it over your cooking surface to streamline plating and send dishes out with consistent results.
Two 20,000 BTU infrared burners deliver focused, even heat for gratins, steak broiling, melts, and quick caramelization. Hi-Lo valve controls provide precise adjustment from gentle browning to aggressive finishing, supporting efficient, à la minute service.
Stainless steel front, sides, backsplash, and bottom with a heat shield stand up to daily use while maintaining a professional look. A removable grease pan simplifies cleanup between rushes to keep workflow moving.
