Product Description
The Garland Master Series Charbroiler MST17B is a gas unit with a 17" W x 23" D grill area, built for focused production on the line by chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers across operations. A 45,000 BTU output and briquettes heat flat/tilt, reversible grates to align with product and process needs. Teams can set grate position and orientation without changing hardware.
Spark ignition and a pilot valve with flame fail support ignition and pilot control during service and setup on the line. A storage base is part of the configuration, and the unit features stainless steel front and sides (stainless steel exposed sides on batteries). It stands on 6" legs from Garland to complete the Master Series configuration for the line.
