Product Description
The Garland Master Series gas charbroiler is a gas unit featuring a 24" W x 23" D grill area and a 60,000 BTU input from Garland. Its cooking system uses briquettes with flat/tilt, reversible grates, enabling operators to work with a flat grate, a tilted grate, and either grate face as needed during service. An electric spark ignition is integrated for ignition control by the user during startup and service.
The unit includes a pilot valve with flame fail for integrated flame-fail functionality on the charbroiler. It incorporates a storage base and a stainless steel front and sides, with stainless steel exposed sides on batteries. The appliance stands on 6" legs to complete the configuration specified for this Master Series charbroiler design.
