Its cooktop pairs two 35,000 BTU open burners with a 17-inch griddle that features a 1-inch thick steel plate, creating complementary zones to organize production and pace service. A standard oven adds an additional cooking platform for synchronized workflows at the cookline.
Electric ignition with flame-fail protection is included on all burners to simplify startup and recovery between tasks. The exterior features stainless steel front and sides, and the unit stands on 6-inch legs for a clean, professional installation.
