The Garland Master Series heavy-duty range (model MST42S-E) is a gas platform that combines open burners and a griddle within a 34-inch footprint. It delivers two 35,000 BTU open burners alongside a dedicated 17-inch griddle with a 1-inch thick steel plate, allowing burners and griddle to be used at the same time. All burners include electric ignition & flame fail, and the unit operates on gas.
Additional specifications include a stainless steel front & sides, a built-in storage base, and 6-inch legs. Total input is 103,000 BTU, with open burners rated at 35,000 BTU each and a 17-inch griddle built on a 1-inch thick steel plate. Manufactured by Garland, the MST42S-E is listed CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF as part of the Master Series.
