This 34-inch, gas-fired unit leverages two infrared burners delivering a powerful 40,000 BTU to punch up caramelization, browning, and melt quality on demand. A stainless steel backriser integrates cleanly with heavy-duty range suites to keep high-heat finishing right on the line.
Dial in results with Hi-Lo valve controls and an adjustable two-position pullout rack that operates flat or in tilt mode to manage distance from heat and drainage. Finish gratins, glaze proteins, melt cheese on burgers, or quickly broil seafood without leaving the cookline.
Built for commercial uptime, the salamander features a stainless steel front, sides, and bottom with heat shields for durability and comfort. A pilot valve with flame-fail safety supports reliable, consistent operation across busy services.
