Product Description
The Signature Summit Series electric, single-deck convection oven delivers controlled baking and roasting with solid state controls that set temperatures from 150° to 500°F. The control package includes an electromechanical thermostat and a 60 minute timer to manage cycles up to one hour. It features a stainless steel front, sides, and top with a porcelain cavity, draws 10.4kW, and carries UL, cUL, and NSF listings (USRange).
Five chrome plated racks and thirteen rack positions per deck accommodate varied pan arrangements within the oven. Dependant 60/40 doors with double paned thermal windows provide visibility into the cavity during the cook. The unit stands on 25-1/2" inch legs and pairs its stainless steel front, sides, and top with a porcelain oven cavity.
