Product Description
The Signature Summit Series Convection Oven is a gas, single-deck unit designed for professional kitchens, supporting efficient production from prep to service. Solid state controls span 150° - 500° F and work with an electromechanical thermostat and a 60 minute timer to coordinate precise bake, roast, and reheat cycles. It features a 53,000 BTU burner and electronic spark ignition to streamline daily start-up and help maintain consistent results across shifts.
Interiors include five chrome plated racks with a 13-position layout per deck to fit changing pan loads and menu items. Dependant 60/40 doors with double paned thermal windows allow quick product checks, and the stainless steel front, sides, and top pair with a porcelain cavity for a clean, professional look. The oven stands on 25-1/2" legs and is UL, cUL, and NSF listed to meet operational and safety priorities.
