Solid state controls with a 150°–500°F range, an electromechanical thermostat, and a 60-minute timer help set accurate temperatures and timed cycles for repeatable production. Electronic spark ignition pairs with 106,000 BTU to keep service moving.
Boost throughput with five chrome-plated racks per deck for flexible batch cooking. Dependent 60/40 doors streamline loading, while the double-paned thermal window in the left-hand door lets staff check progress without opening the oven. A durable porcelain cavity simplifies quick wipe-downs between turns.
Stainless steel front, sides, and top deliver long-lasting performance, and 6-1/2" legs provide convenient clearance for cleaning.
