Built for busy lines and compact footprints, the Garland U24-2G12L 24-inch gas restaurant range combines two high-output open burners, a 12-inch griddle, and a space saver oven to keep tickets moving. Chefs can sear, sauté, and grill while baking or finishing in the oven—without sacrificing valuable line space. Stainless steel construction and durable components support daily, high-volume workflows.
Each open burner delivers 32,000 BTU for fast boiling, hard sears, and quick recovery. The 5/8-inch smooth steel griddle plate distributes heat evenly for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and sandwiches throughout service. Cast iron top and ring grates stand up to heavy pots and constant repositioning.
Three-position rack guides and an included oven rack let you roast proteins, bake sides, or hold pans at the right height. Adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs simplify leveling along the cookline or under a hood. CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certifications support code compliance across foodservice operations.
