Durable cast iron top and ring grates support heavy pots and pans, while the stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail withstand daily service. A 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps seasonings, ladles, or small pans within reach to streamline the cookline. CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF listings support code compliance.
The integrated storage base organizes pans and tools beneath the work area to reduce trips and speed plating. Six-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling on uneven floors and make under-unit cleaning straightforward.
