This configuration helps chefs and foodservice teams consolidate tasks and stage prep efficiently. The 5/8-inch steel griddle plate handles smash burgers, breakfast menus, and high-turn items throughout service. A stainless front, sides, and plate rail simplify wipe-downs between rushes.
