The Garland U48-8LL is a 48-inch gas restaurant range engineered for demanding commercial kitchens. Eight 32,000 BTU open burners let chefs sauté, sear, boil, and reduce across multiple stations without slowing the line. Durable cast iron tops and ring grates support heavy cookware for high-volume service.
Dual space-saver ovens with three-position rack guides make it easy to bake, roast, or finish while preserving valuable line real estate. Each oven includes a rack to stage sheet pans or hotel pans as orders flow. This flexible configuration helps consolidate cooking tasks and reduce steps during peak periods.
A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail streamline cleanup and maintain a professional presentation.
