The Garland U48-G48LL is a 48-inch gas restaurant range that unites a smooth 5/8-inch steel griddle with twin space saver ovens to streamline your cookline. Power breakfast, lunch, or late-night stations and handle searing, toasting, and finishing in one efficient footprint.
The space saver ovens feature 3-position rack guides and an included oven rack for flexible batch roasting, finishing sides, or holding trays during peak service. A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail support a clean, professional presentation and stand up to daily use.
A 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps pans and tools within reach, and 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling on uneven floors. This 136,000 BTU unit carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF listings to support compliance in demanding kitchens.
