The Garland U60-10RR gas restaurant range delivers high-output performance across a 60-inch line. Ten 32,000 BTU open burners supply immediate heat for searing proteins, boiling stock, or simmering sauces, while heavy cast iron top and ring grates support full-size cookware.
Two standard ovens extend versatility, letting teams roast vegetables, bake casseroles, or finish steaks while the line stays in motion. Three-position rack guides and one rack per oven make staging and batch work straightforward.
Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail resist daily wear and streamline wipe-downs between rushes. A two-piece stainless back guard with shelf organizes pans and tools, and 6-inch adjustable legs level the unit for even results across stations.
