Work confidently on heavy-duty cast iron top and ring grates that distribute heat and stand up to daily rigors. A standard oven handles roasting, finishing, or holding, with 3-position rack guides and an included rack for flexible pan placement. The integrated storage base keeps sheet pans, lids, and tools organized right under the cooktop.
A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail present a clean line, while a 2-piece back guard with shelf adds convenient staging space. Adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs simplify leveling across varied floors. Certified CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.
