The Garland U60-4G36RR is a 60 inch gas restaurant range built to keep busy lines moving. Combine four 32,000 BTU open burners with a 36 inch smooth steel griddle to sear, sauté, and grill in one footprint.
Drive efficient mise en place with a stainless plate rail and a 2-piece back guard with shelf for tools and pans. Manual controls and 6 inch adjustable stainless legs support quick adjustments and precise leveling, while the stainless front and sides wipe down fast between rushes.
Two standard ovens with 3-position rack guides and an included oven rack handle roasting, finishing, and batch baking as tickets queue. With 258,000 total BTU on tap, this range powers through brunch griddle work, dinner sauté, and banquet prep without breaking stride.
