Six 32,000 BTU open burners drive rapid boiling, searing, and steady simmering, while the right-side 24 inch raised griddle/broiler handles finishing, grilling, and toasting without slowing the line.
Run saute, grill, and bake simultaneously: fire entrees on the burners, finish proteins or melts on the raised griddle/broiler, and roast or bake in the dual standard ovens. Three-position rack guides support batch cooking and staging, helping chefs and foodservice operators keep tickets moving.
Durable materials back daily performance with cast iron top and ring grates plus a stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail.
