The right-side 24-inch raised griddle/broiler, controlled manually, lets you sear, toast, or finish melts without leaving the line. Stage pans and plating essentials on the plate rail and the 2-piece back guard shelf to keep workflows organized during peak periods.
Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail simplify cleanup and support daily durability. A single storage base keeps cookware within reach, while 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet help level the unit alongside adjacent equipment. Total input of 225,000 BTU supports versatile, multi-station cooking.
