Keep production moving with a standard oven featuring 3-position rack guides and an included rack for trays of sides or proteins. A storage base keeps cookware within reach, and manual controls deliver straightforward, reliable flame adjustment throughout service.
Engineered for busy kitchens, the stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail clean quickly, and the 2-piece back guard with shelf adds convenient staging space. Level the unit on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet and put 312,000 total BTU to work on your line.
