Manual controls give chefs direct flame regulation for consistent results across stations. The 12" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate supports everything from breakfast items to quick sears and toasting. A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail stand up to daily rigors and wipe down quickly between rushes.
Keep tools close and workflows clean with the 2-piece back guard and shelf, plus two storage bases for pans and smallwares. Level the unit precisely on uneven floors using 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. Total input of 274,000 BTU delivers the headroom required for demanding services.
