Speed service and elevate plate finish with the Garland UIR36C@U, a 34-inch gas U Series salamander broiler for rapid finishing tasks. Two infrared burners, each with a Hi-Lo valve, supply responsive heat control to melt, brown, and glaze on demand.
Move the spring-balanced rack between three positions to fine-tune proximity to the heat source and achieve precise results. From crisping gratins and browning casseroles to melting cheese on burgers and finishing seafood, this countertop unit streamlines finishing on the line.
Stainless steel top, front, and sides stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly, and a removable grease pan simplifies end-of-shift cleanup. Four-inch legs provide clearance for sanitation, while 40,000 BTU of total output delivers the power to finish dishes quickly throughout service.
