Product Description
Sear, finish, and melt with speed using the Garland UIR60 infrared gas salamander broiler. Designed to mount over a 60-inch restaurant range on a 59-inch flue riser with a 24-inch high shelf, it keeps finishing work within arm’s reach and off the line burners.
Two 20,000 BTU infrared burners deliver 40,000 BTU of responsive heat, with independent Hi-Lo valves to dial in the ideal intensity. A 3-position spring-balanced rack lets cooks move product quickly for precise browning, from gratins and casseroles to cheese-topped sandwiches.
Built with stainless steel top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom plus heat shields, this unit stands up to daily rushes and wipes down fast with a removable grease pan. The broiler is standard on the left, helping streamline plating and pass-through workflow on busy lines.
