Product Description
Finish and brown dishes fast with the Garland UIRCM60 gas cheesemelter designed for U60 ranges. Two 15,000 BTU infrared burners deliver direct, even heat for bubbling gratins, toasted subs, and perfectly melted cheese.
Individual burner controls let you stage pans side by side, while a chrome plated rack with four-position glides sets the ideal distance from the flame. A removable grease pan streamlines cleanup to keep the line moving during peak service.
Built with stainless steel top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom with heat shield, this range-mount unit installs on the backguard/flue riser to save hood space. The assembly spans 59-1/16 inches across the range and includes a shelf for convenient plating and pass-through.
