Drive efficient, consistent results with the Garland Master Series MCO-ES-10M electric single-deck convection oven. A two-speed 3/4 HP fan circulates heat for uniform baking and roasting, while the 4.3" easyTouch interface enables precise, repeatable control. Put it to work moving product from prep to plate during peak service.
Program batches with Press&Go, Cook 'n' Hold, timers, and recipe functions to streamline workflow. Operators can monitor progress through the door windows and access the cavity quickly via dependent 60/40 doors. Ideal for batch-roasting vegetables, finishing proteins, or baking sheet pans of pastries.
Construction includes a stainless steel front, sides, and top with a porcelain cavity. Six chrome plated racks ride on 13-position guides within a 24" high cooking cavity to adapt to different pan setups. A standard 39" depth, 25-1/2" legs, and 10.4 kW electric power support demanding production in restaurants, catering operations, and institutions.
