Griddle all-day items on the 24 inch x 23 inch x 5/8 inch plate while holding steady simmer on sauces and sides. Roast proteins or finish sheet pans in the dual ovens; 3-position rack guides adapt quickly to menu changes, and the plate rail supports fast plating on the line.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail, plus 6 inch stainless legs with adjustable feet, this range stands up to daily abuse and levels easily on uneven floors. A 2-piece back guard with shelf adds handy storage and helps keep the cookline organized.
