Measuring 35-1/2 inches wide and built to pair with 36-inch restaurant ranges, this gas unit streamlines your cookline and preserves workspace. Two 20,000 BTU infrared burners deliver intense, even heat for rapid caramelization and browning.
Dial in results with independent Hi-Lo valve controls on each burner, then set the three-position, spring-balanced rack to fine-tune distance from the flame. Sear steaks to temperature, melt cheese on gratins, or toast buns to order without slowing the sauté station. A removable grease pan simplifies cleanup between rushes.
Stainless steel top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom with heat shields stand up to daily use and ease wipe-downs. NSF listing supports professional kitchen standards and food safety programs.
