A 60-inch gas platform pairs a 24-inch griddle with six 30,000 BTU open burners to keep sauté, sear, and grill stations moving. Use the broad cooktop to fire breakfast, pan-sear proteins, and finish sides without shuffling equipment.
Two standard ovens expand throughput for baking and roasting during the rush. Two-position rack guides and one rack in each cavity let you stage batches or finish items while the line stays on pace. This layout supports streamlined ticket flow from prep to plate.
Built for daily service, the range features a 5/8-inch steel griddle plate, cast iron top and ring grates, and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf. 6-inch steel core legs provide a sturdy stance. With 286,000 total BTU and NSF, CSA listings, it fits demanding commercial operations from restaurants to institutional kitchens.
