Drive high-volume service with the Garland Sunfire X60-6R24RR gas restaurant range, combining six 30,000 BTU open burners, a 24" raised griddle/broiler, and two standard ovens. This 60" platform empowers teams to sauté, sear, broil, bake, and roast in parallel to keep tickets moving.
Streamline the line: use the plate rail for staging while transitioning from open burners to the raised griddle/broiler for finishing or all‑day breakfast work. Two-position rack guides and an included rack in each oven support varied pan sizes for batch production and menu flexibility.
Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and high shelf present a professional line and withstand daily rigors. Six-inch steel core legs provide sturdy installation and clearance for cleaning in busy kitchens.
