Optimize workflow using adjustable, reversible cast iron racks in 3-inch sections that let you tailor grate position for different proteins and presentation. A 21-3/16" deep broiling grid handles larger cuts and high-volume batches while producing attractive sear marks.
Built for demanding lines, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and back with a 3-1/2" front rail that stands up to daily use. Cleanup moves fast with a crumb tray plus removable stainless steel grease drawer and crumb pans. Four 4" adjustable legs make leveling easy and provide clearance for sanitation.
