The Garland UTBG60-AB60 countertop gas charbroiler empowers busy kitchens to move faster without sacrificing results. Ceramic briquettes and adjustable cast iron grates work together to deliver consistent heat across a 60" span, while a 21-3/16" deep broiling grid handles high volumes with ease. Manual controls with a variable hi/lo valve per burner let you dial in zones for searing, finishing, and holding.
Stage steaks, burgers, chicken, and skewers across reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3" wide sections to manage mark patterns and menu shifts on the fly. With 150,000 BTU total output, this heavy-duty charbroiler keeps production moving during peak service on the line or in a banquet kitchen.
Streamline cleanup and durability with a stainless steel front, sides, and back plus a 3-1/2" front rail and a removable crumb tray.
